On behalf of the Bulgarian Development Agency (BDA) located in Sofia, Bulgaria I would like to express our interest in collaborating with organizations from Romania as well as to suggest partnership in project proposals they might have under the Erasmus + Programme.
BDA is a non-profit organization, established in Sofia, Bulgaria. Our organization undertakes activities for public benefit focusing on issues related to regional development, innovation, achievement and implementation of EU targets, as well as improving the social conditions in our country.
Through the time we have successfully worked in different European Union funded projects, as well as with national projects in the spheres of education, transfer of innovation, vocational training, dissemination, partnership and others. Our experienced staff includes researchers, trainers and teachers, managers and IT specialists. Our activities are mainly concentrated in the following directions, relevant to EU Erasmus + priorities:
Facilitating the validation of non-formal and informal learning and its permeability with formal education pathways. Our organization works to promote professional development of staff and youth workers in ICT methodologies. Bulgarian Development Agency promotes entrepreneurship education in order to develop active citizenship, employability and new business creation (including social entrepreneurship).
Development and implementation of new learning and teaching methods (like new multidisciplinary curricula responding to the needs of labor market, learner-centered and real problem-based teaching and learning). Participation in peer learning and mutual learning activities through thematic working groups. In our projects we have been working to create new learning opportunities through the development and practical application of entrepreneurial skills. In our activities we support national policy reforms (e.g. building national networks and coalitions of interested groups). We are also working on raising awareness campaigns promoting the benefits of learning both for individuals, the economy, and society.
Implementation of innovative VET teaching and learning methods in order to respond to evolving skills and/or specific target public. In our work we are aiming to establish cross-sector cooperation for exchanging experiences and best practices between organisations, to develop, test and validate of new teaching methods or innovative pedagogical approaches. Integration of innovative approaches for teaching and learning, notably through more strategic and integrated use of ICTs and open educational resources (OER), as well as including opportunities to apply knowledge in practical projects/”real life” workplace situations. BDA works for facilitating the recognition and certification of the respective learning outcomes by introducing the ECVET principles in Bulgaria.
We will be very glad if we can participate together with organisations from your country in a new project proposal and it would be very helpful for us if it is possible for you to provide us with contacts of such organisations which would be interested to collaborate with BDA. Teach/Tour China: Summer 2014

International Partnerships in Education (IPIE.US) is pleased to announce its 2014 Summer Teaching Program in China. The program offers educators, and student education majors, the rare opportunity to spend the summer in China enhancing the conversational English skills of Chinese elementary, middle, and high school students. This unique escorted experience consists of a 25–day teaching program and a 3-day cultural tour of Beijing, China.
The Summer Teaching Program in China is an approved project of the Guangdong Educational Bureau. International Partnerships in Education (Pennsylvania, USA) and Guangdong University of Foreign Studies (Guangdong, China) are the respective facilitating organizations for this program.
PARTICIPANTS WILL RECEIVE:

O informatie pentru cei care doresc sa scrie un proiect pe KA1 in acest an:

Cum furnizorii de formare nu e necesar sa fie identificati in momentul depunerii candidaturii pe KA1 (e suficient sa fie descrisi parametrii generali), veti putea identifica furnizorii dupa aprobarea proiectului.
Pentru a gasi astfel de furnizori, puteti folosi – pina in 15 iunie 2014, cind se va inchide – Baza de date cu furnizori de formare din LLP.
Chiar daca baza de date nu contine cursuri si alte activitati de formare pentru perioada de dupa 01.07.2014, cind se vor putea organiza activitati pe KA1 din Erasmus+, ea poate fi folosita in prima jumatate a acestui an pentru a gasi datele de contact (si detalii despre cursuri!) ale furnizorilor de formare.

1. E+ includes (for the first time) an Open Access Requirement. This means that all educational resources produced by projects should be freely accessible through open licences (Programme Guide page 12). Project beneficiaries may be requested to demonstrate how they have ensured the application of such requirement, prior to approval of their reports.

Dear Colleague,
At the start of January the Erasmus+ programme replaced the Lifelong Learning Programme of the EU. Within this new programme there is again financial support for the professional development of individual educational staff (both teaching as support staff, like management, administration, etc.) via courses, job shadowing, etc.
The new Erasmus + Programme of the European Commission offers exciting opportunities for professional after-education as part of an organisational capacity building approach. This means that -differing from the old programmes like Comenius and Grundtvig- organisations and not individuals apply for grants, there should be a strong focus on the impact on the organisation, and in one and the same application financial support can be requested for various staff members for various international courses.
Under this new programme we offer new and renewed courses within the area of management, guidance and overall pedagogical development, with a particular focus on developing the relational and communicative competences of staff and management for greater impact of your work. Ref: Erasmus Plus – new funding opportunities for teacher training with IPC Exeter – for more information visit www.ipcexeter.co.uk .                                                                            We now have firm information about the new funding for in-service teacher training under the Erasmus Plus programme which will be in place from 2014 to 2020. The excellent news is that there is more funding than ever before for teacher training and we look forward to hearing from you and to welcoming you to Exeter from July 2014 onwards.

We want to encourage your school to apply for funding and for this reason we are keeping you up to date with this new funding information. The basic information is as follows:

1. Schools, not individual teachers, are now invited to apply for funding for in-service teacher training projects/grants                                                                                                     2. The first deadline for funding applications is March 17th 2014.                                          3. The application forms will be published in the coming weeks but there are already ‘model forms’ so that you can start planning now.                                                                       4. Applications for funding will not be directly to the host schools (eg IPC) but will be for funding to support your school’s European Development Plan.                                                 5. Your National Agency should have or will be informing all schools about this new opportunity but as a course provider invited to attend a conference on Erasmus Plus we can assist you with information now.                                                                                              6. We have produced a simple factsheet which is attached to this e-mail.

If your school is interested in entering into a partnership with IPC Exeter for the provision of in-service teacher training courses , once you have read through all of the relevant information carefully and considered the possibility with whoever is managing Erasmus Plus in your school, please contact the IPC Enrolments Officer Nick Floyd. FIKO Institut für Handlungskomptenz, an educational institution based in Berlin, Germany, is pleased to inform you of the new training courses that will take place between July-December 2014 in Berlin, Germany. More specifically our five day courses will be focused on:
1.  “Classroom Management” How to deal with (difficult) pupils today?
2.  “I´ll Work” Career guidance in schools through the simulation of an economical cycle.
3.  “Fit at Work” Career guidance and counseling in school.

2014 TEACHER DEVELOPMENT COURSES IN ENGLAND, WALES, SCOTLAND & IRELAND

We are all waiting for full details of the European Union Erasmus + (Key Action 1) grants, which replace Comenius and Grundtvig as from 1 July 2014.
We understand that full details will be available in mid December. Individual teachers can no longer apply for grants. Applications for funding for teachers to attend courses in another EU country must be made by their school or college as part of the school’s European development plan and the selected teacher development courses in the UK must be relevant to the school’s plan. Schools will be required to register their interest and then complete a detailed on-line application using a from which will be available in January 2014. There will be one annual deadline for applying for funding and the first deadline will probably be 16 March 2014.
We will be pleased to liaise with European schools regarding relevant training programmes for their teachers (and students) in the UK funded by Erasmus +.
We suggest that teachers who are interested in attending one of our courses (in the period July- November 2014) should pre-register by returning the attached pre-registration form to us. We will then send a confirmation letter, confirming that a place has been provisionally reserved on the selected course, together with details of the course and fees. This documentation should then be presented to the applicant’s school/ college and the staff member nominated to deal with Erasmus + then has all the necessary information to include attendance at this course in the school’s overall plan and request for Erasmus + funds. We hope that this suggestion is correct.

Please note that for all our courses if the course fee and full board accommodation fee are added together the total amount does not exceed the new EU funding allowances for attending a course.
We understand that it is important to start the process now or in January and that last minute applications just before the March deadline will be problematic. Please check with your National Agency for full information on Erasmus + and how to proceed.

Viitorul program Erasmus + a fost aprobat in cadrul Comisiei pentru Educatie a Parlamentului European                                                                                 06 noiembrie 2013

Viitorul program european Erasmus+ isi propune sa sprijine peste 5 milioane de tineri cu varste cuprinse intre 13 si 30 de ani prin finantarea mobilitatilor in scopuri educationale, pentru dobandirea abilitatilor si aptitudinilor profesionale sau pentru activitati de voluntariat desfasurate in alta tara decat cea de origine.
Noul program, prevazut pentru perioada 2014 – 2020, are o valoare totala de 14 miliarde de euro si a fost aprobat, ieri, de Comisia pentru Cultura si Educatie din cadrul Parlamentului European, se arata intr-un comunicat oficial al institutiei.                       Acesta va grupa actualele programe din domeniul educatiei, formarii profesionale si tineretului – Comenius, Erasmus Mundus, Leonardo da Vinci, Grundvig si Youth in Action – numele acestora urmand a fi pastrate, fiind deja binecunoscute de public.                                                                                                                                  Presedinta Comisiei din cadrul PE, Doris Pack, a declarat ca in cadrul negocierilor s-au obtinut rezultate notabile, exprimandu-si speranta ca noul program va avea acelasi succes ca si cel precedent.

Sportul, o noua prioritate pentru programele europene                               Erasmus+ va introduce pentru prima data sportul printre prioritatile programelor europene, putand fi finantate mobilitati ale tinerilor si voluntarilor din acest domeniu pentru activitati ce vizeaza, in primul rand, combaterea violentei, discriminarii si a dopajului. De asemenea, evenimentele sportive non-profit ce includ mai multe state vor putea fi finantate prin noul program.

Imprumuturile pentru studii vor fi adaptate nevoilor reale ale studentilor   In viitor, in cadrul programului vor fi finantate burse pentru studentii din afara invatamantului non-universitar si vor fi asigurate platile imprumuturilor acordate masteranzilor. Prin Erasmus+, Uniunea Europeana va garanta imprumuturi de pana la 12,000 euro/an sau 18,000 euro/doi ani pentru studentii care doresc sa urmeze un program de masterat intr-o alta tara.                                                                                       Noul sistem nu va inlocui sistemele de imprumuturi si granturi existente la nivel national, au tinut sa precizeze reprezentantii Parlamentului European. Textul noului program spune ca imprumuturile trebuie sa reflecte costurile reale de trai din tara gazda, iar statele membre ar trebui sa-i scuteasca pe studenti de la plata oricarei taxe. In acelasi timp, unificarea managementului programelor ar ajuta la accelerarea platilor catre beneficiari, mai sustin acestia.

Daca va fi aprobat de Parlamentul European, in cadrul Sesiunii Plenare programata pentru luna aceasta si ulterior de Consiliul European, Erasmus+ va fi implementat incepand cu 1 ianuarie 2014.

Parteneriatul cu Romania se mentine inca din anul 2009, pastrand o relatie pozitiva si constructiva cu toti participantii si obtinand un inalt grad de satisfactie.
Scopul nostru principal, este acela de a construi stranse legaturi intre scoli si diferite asociatii privind domeniul tinta, dar si alte  domenii, precum: cele culturale, sportive si despre societate in general.
Suntem decisi sa valorificam si sa imbunatatim serviciile pe care le oferim, avand ca obiectiv principal formarea tinerilor.
Pentru mai multe detalii in legatura cu serviciile, pe care le punem la dispozitia dumneavoastra avand in vedere documentele necesare pentru depunerea candidaturii, nu ezitati sa ne contactati, va dam cuvantul de onoare ca veti fi bine indrumati si tratati de catre intreprinderea noastra.
